After an initial discussion we will ask you to sign an agreement and then register you as a Referral Agent.
- Then you have several options to introduce your customers or contacts:
- Get their permission and pass on their contact details
- Ask them to get in touch directly and mention that they have been referred by you.
- Simply send us an introduction request to us via email.
- We will provide your client with comprehensive advice and properties that suit their budget and requirements.
- We will pay you a fee for every transaction taken up.
How Much Can I Earn?
- There is no limit to how much you can earn, the more customers you refer to us, the more you will earn.
- On a typical Property transaction the commission can range from a few thousand to tens of thousands of dollars depending on the property price.
- We offer you 1% of the value of the property purchased.
- Most common properties sold are 300 000 - 400 000 $ this means a commission of $3000 - $4000 (201940 - 26926 RMB) for one transaction.
- For a mid-range property of 1 million $ transaction you could earn $10,000 in commission, If you refer to us 10 mid-range clients per year you could earn over $100,000.
