In the areas/projects proposed by us, a studio can be rented for approximately €150-€170/night (not in high season, when prices increase), and 1 bedroom (two-room apartment) for €200-€250/ night.
Rental yields are between 12% – 16% / year.

As soon as you have fully paid for the property, you can apply for residency.

Each end user who buys a property in a development launched by a developer will pay into an escrow account which is not usable by the developer for any costs other than the project construction, consultancy, sales and marketing and land payments. From the escrow account money will only be disbursed to the contractor of the project directly, upon completing each stage of construction. For each stage, a contractor bills through Progress Payment Certificates also known as PPC’s. Any other disbursements from the escrow account will be governed by the escrow agreement and RERA instructions. Developers do not have any operating rights (withdrawal etc) over escrow accounts.

There is also an application through which you can follow everything that happens with your property, and you can choose the dates in which you want to visit the apartment in order it not to be rented
Property management agencies charge a commission of approximately 20% of the income.
They don’t charge fixed amounts, just a commission from what they produce.

There are no fees and taxes in Dubai: only maintenance is paid, which is calculated per sqft, for a studio or a 1 bedroom, is around 1800Euros/year

You can ask for bank financing. In Dubai, to receive bank financing, you must meet two conditions:
to have already paid 50% of the value of the property
the project must already be completed

No other documents are required, the loan can be made for a period of up to 25 – 30 years, and the bank will calculate the period according to the age. The interest is about 4%.
Anytime after paying 50% of the property value, the financing can be transferred from the developer to the bank.
